EOD & Sales Journal

Heartbeat & Device Backup
Terminals heartbeat continuously; backups upload nightly. The dashboard surfaces stale devices, failed syncs, and missing closes before a customer ever notices.
Offline-First Transactions
Network drops shouldn’t drop revenue. The TEPS Transact terminal queues transactions locally and syncs back in a batch when connectivity returns.
